Primarilysupport VP Linde Engineering HYCO USA executive management.
Idealcandidate is expected to remain accessible and on call for assignedexecutive(s).
Beable to perform complex assignments and to produce high visibility documents/presentations.
Abilityto work in a team environment.
Coordinatemeetings with executives located in Linde Engineering offices in internationallocations.
Arrangemeetings upon request of executive staff, order meals, and provide itineraries.
Assistwith the processing of business visas.
Completeprojects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determiningpriorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress;problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Expectedto have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Actas primary interface and communications liaison with internal and external LindeEngineering Executive’s contacts.
Maintainfiling of public and confidential documents.
Manageexpense reports and record management for executives.
Updateand review documents, including presentations, letters, and spreadsheets.
ManageExecutive’s calendar activity by resolving conflicts, scheduling/reschedulingmeetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Willprovide back-up services to other executive officers.
Preparevarious types of communication for the business both internally and externally.
Mustbe able to deal effectively with senior executives and to coordinate meetingsand events with high-level participants.
Musthave demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasksand priorities.
Musthave a demonstrated ability to comfortably interact with senior management,external customers and various international groups.
Additionalduties as assigned.
4 year degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
10 years of administrative experience preferred, with 5-10 years prior experience supporting a senior executive (corporate suite officer preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office skills required with Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced Excel skills). Publisher preferred.
Experience in a corporate environment.
Must be professional, organized, and be able to provide optimal solutions.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Must be able to prioritize.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Demonstrated competence in travel logistics, including international travel.
Strong leadership and planning skills.
