We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for communicating regularly with Customer Service Technicians, Customer Service Leadership team, and sales to help resolve issues and answer questions.
This position serves as ourfirst line point of contact communicating well with internal and external customers. Respond to customers inquiries. Communicates regularly within internal groups to resolve issues. Ensuring on time reporting of select monthly activities to include Field Personnel expense reports and remote device data entry accuracy.
SCOPEThis position serves as the general customer service associate based in Huntsville, Alabama for the South East Customer Service (SECS) team.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSThis position reports to a Customer Service Supervisor or a Branch Manager. Includes establishing and maintaining working relationships with SECS team members.

Processing expense reports.
Processing/reviewing time sheets for accuracy and completeness.
Daily/weekly monitoring of Technician daily logging of activities.
Daily/weekly monitoring of Technician account charge out activities.
Documenting and maintaining records and files to include other pertinent technical documents, training certificates, and state certification.
Participates in audits, both internal and external.
Coordinate meeting details.
Data entry using JDE and Field Centrix data bases.
Directly supports new hire on-boarding training activities to include time entry and tablet training.

Computer proficiency with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
Ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and contribute in a team environment is required.
Experience with JDE, Kronos and Field Centrix is preferred.
