Work in concert with Director of Investor Relations; CEO; Chief Financial Officer and other high-level management personnel. This position is located in Danbury, CT.
Coordinate and plan Investor Relations travel plans and investor meetings for CEO and Chief Financial Officer. Handling of both domestic and international travel arrangements.
Research locations for outside investor meetings.
Assist with travel arrangements and prepare supporting materials for board meetings of Directors.
Direct interface with senior management, security analysts and portfolio managers requiring a high level of judgement, tact, diplomacy, professionalism, expertise and confidentiality.
Respond to shareholders inquiries.
Preparation for quarterly teleconference calls.
Research and information gathering of financial data for inclusion in quarterly investor information reports, Annual Report and Proxy.
Data research and preparation of charts, reports, presentations utilizing Powerpoint and Excel for senior management presentations at security analyst meetings for CEO, Chief Financial Officer and other management personnel.
Work closely with Marketing Department, Controller’s Group, Treasury Department and Corporate Communications --- gathering research and information for each.
Management of Investor Relations database that consists of over 5,000 analysts and investors.
Handle expense reports and payment of all incoming invoices.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications or related area preferred or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
Prefer 5–10 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
Proficient with MS Office software suite; advanced level PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
High degree of professionalism, with ability to quickly and consistently exercise good judgment.
Highly independent and self-driven, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities on competing timelines.
Strong written, listening and verbal communication skills, as well as effective telephone skills.
